Zone is a series of simple yet powerful zonal audio controllers. With onboard DSP, highly flexible signal routing and HDMI connectivity, Zone provides everything required in a single compact unit to deliver high-quality multi-zoned commercial sound systems.
As such, they are the beating heart of the Optimal Audio eco-system and offer deep digital audio processing capabilities beyond any zoning product in its price category.
Zone is easy to install, intuitive to operate and comprise 4 or 8 zone powered and non-powered versions. They can be desktop or rack mounted and feature convenient front panel controls for source selection, zone selection and audio level control with full configuration via WebApp.
WebApp is the ‘secret sauce’ that unlocks the full potential of our portfolio via EQs, speaker presets, structured time of day routines and so much more.
Compatible with any device, it makes system set-up straightforward and once completed, venue staff can be presented with a simple user interface, with unwanted controls locked away, enabling them to easily operate the system and focus on the job in hand.
One feature particularly enjoyed by both installers and venues is the ability to automatically reset the system. It doesn’t matter if someone inadvertently changes the system in the day, with an automated daily reset routine it can revert to default, just the way it was first configured for the venue. No panic phone call, no visit to the venue required.
Another advantage of Zone being a digital audio-based system, rather than analogue, is that additional features and flexibility can be added over time as WebApp is enhanced year on year. That’s future proofing without the time travelling and a way for installers to add value to their aftersales offering.
